1.1    We post Worldwide.

1.2    Delivery is FREE on every canvas print to the UK.

1.3   All shipments will require a signature on delivery.

1.4   Postage to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) are either via Royal Mail 1st Class postal  service or DHL 48hr service depending on the size of your canvas.

1.5   Postage to Eire are via 1st Class International signed for mail.

1.6   Shipments to the Rest of the World are via 1st Class International signed for mail. If outside the UK please contact us before placing your order & we will let you know the price of shipping depending on the size of your canvas print. You can either contact us via our 'Contact Us' page or via email.

1.7   We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. Canvases are usually mailed within 2 working days from receiving your order.

1.8   99% of our personalised canvases are also mailed within 2 working days from receiving your order. However, to avoid disappointment, please allow 7 working days for delivery.

1.9  Please note that we cannot accept liability for delays in delivery caused by our suppliers, any other third party or any other factors beyond our control.  To guarantee delivery for a special occassion please order early as we cannot accept responsibility for an item that fails to arrive by a required date.
   
        

By placing an order you confirm that you have provided us with the correct billing address of your debit/credit card and the correct delivery address, if different from the billing address.

2.1.  We  accept payment via Paypal, Personal Cheque or Bankers Draft/Postal Order.

2.2   We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not need an account or need to register to pay us through paypal.
